All by myself... or not really

Those photos up there are from during the renovations =) I haven’t actually taken any photos of the place with furniture…
Vincent is away for work right now – so I’m at home alone. The thing is though, my family has decided I might get lonely, so I’m surrounded =) Mum and Dad came over last night with Bess, and my sister came over tonight.
I’m not all that fussed though – the place is really cosy and I feel really safe here. I like that – it’s my perfect home =)
The only problem that I have come across, is the fact that the tap to the washing machine leaks. I’ll have to get Dad to have a look at it when he comes over next. It’s the actual tap, not the hose connection…
But it is nice catching up with the family. I love being closer to my sister – before we were over the other side of the city and we never really got together.
So Jae and I went to a Japanese restaurant tonight for dinner. It was so yummy. The food was quite cheap, the portions were huge, and the food was incredibly tasty. I think I’ll have to go back there with Vincent =) If he can stand not going to the Thai place next door to it. Hehe. I have to find more good food places to eat around here….
Where is your favourite place to eat?

Wow, you are really lucky to have a closet/storage space that wide. =) That’s really an advantage in residential spaces. =)
I think that it is really sweet that your family has visited you. It’s nice to see that you have a close bond with the members of your family. Siblings are especially important, because they’re usually the people that you turn to. =)
Hm.. as for my favourite place to eat.. so far it’s got to be the nearby hawker center. The food is cheap and it’s convenient in terms of distance. Glad that you enjoyed your Japanese dinner. =) Take care!

Ooo that’s IS a nice bathroom!
If you want a place to have a nice cosy dinner then I can’t recommend Oscillate Wildly in Newtown more! It’s fantastic! Expect about $45 per head but the food is divine so save it for a special ocassion and book well in advanced!

that is too cute, all your family uniting to keep you company! Feeling safe is like #1 in my book so that’s even more awesome! Hmm There’s this John & Joe’s restaurant by where I live that I love to eat from – when I’m feeling for italian, that is.

Awww! That’s so sweet of your family to come over in case you’re lonely. I wish my family would do that hahaha. I’m glad to hear you feel comfortable in your home though. And I hope you get that tap fixed.
Dang. You can hardly find restaurants like that anymore. Cheap and yummy. HAHA. XD
