Blame it on the rain

Brr! It’s cold! It’s raining and cold today, so what does the bus driver do? Turn on the aircon! I was sooo cold on the bus. I mean, I understand the whole “I don’t want the windows to fog up” mentality, but to be honest, I would have much preferred for my legs to be warm and toasty!
This weekend was interesting – it was “parent” weekend! That means that all three sets of parents (mine, Vincent’s and my brother in-laws) somehow managed to get together for the day. It was surprisignly pleasant =) I wonder what Vincent’s mum and dad thought…
I also went to the gym this weekend. The first time I’ve been on the treadmill in months! I was so proud that I managed to last for 20 minutes (yes, I know, I’m unfit) and even though it was at a really slow pace, I felt accomplished.
Vincent on the other hand had to work yesterday. I feel bad for him =( Work is beating him up! I swear! There are a lot of weeks where I have to work long hours, and where I’ve had to take my work home, but there have only been three occassions where I have worked on the weekend, and they were all voluntary. Hmm.
Anyway, I best be off. Monday morning and all of that. Have a good week!!!

Oh my goodness! I just had that thing with the bus and A/C yesterday! It wasn’t freezing outside, but it wasn’t hot. But yet the A/C was on. I’m waiting to catch a nasty cold soon. :(

Oh gosh, I can’t work in the weekends, I feel like I am missing out a lot! Thanks for reminding me about gym, I haven’t gone for so long. ... I might go today. Have a great week, too!

Oooh.. I love taking hot showers when it’s really cold outside. Hahaha. It’s almost never cold here in my country.
I wish there was a gym in my town where I could go to. I love treadmills :(

Hey, I hate it when the bus is cold. It’s so uncomfortable. But I also hate it when it’s too hot. It always depends on the busdriver, but I’m always either sweating or shivering. Heh. I hate it when I have to work a lot of hours. But hey, the paycheck is all I care about, yeh?

yikes, I feel your pain about the air conditioning, the driver must have been crazy lol.
My mom does the same thing in her car, the air conditioning is on at ALL times

That parent weekend sounds liek it would be a complete nightmare for most people! Well done for coming out the other side intact!
