Cold ears

My ears are freezing! That’s the biggest thing I hate about being out and about in the winter… your ears end up so cold! Brrr.
I’m really tired right now. We’ve let the cats sleep in the bedroom for the last two nights (it’s guilt I tell you) and they do a good job at keeping you awake. It was actually quite cute this morning though. Karamello woke up around 5 wanting breakfast, so she nudged me awake, stared at me for a few seconds and then jumped off the bed. When it appeared I wasn’t following her, she jumped up and tried again. Finally, after about the fifth time, she fell asleep again…
On the guilt part, we got home late last night (at 9) so they were starving and naughty. And so we felt that it was only fair they got to sleep with us. I hope it’s not going to become a habit though, as I don’t get as much sleep with them walking all over me.
Anyway, I best be off. It’s going to be another long day in the office I’m sure, and as much as I don’t want it to start it’s better to get it over and done with.

Wow. I want to ask if you’re in Australia, but I don’t think they have winter that badly. Where anyone is freezing, that is! =)

I love the cold and the winter time but I hate it when my ears feel cold :P It just does not feel right. My cat has a habit of nudging me to let her sleep under the covers _ your cat sounds like an angel except for the meowing thing. I think it’s universal for all cats though :P

Agh, I hate having cold ears.
My bird used to wake me up in the morning my grooming my eyelashes. So. Cute.

Haha the only thing I love about winter is that I’d get to go snowboarding! Otherwise I’m just a cold little kitty. It’s summer here and I am sweating like a dog! Haha

It’s WINTER where you live? :) Whoot.. I’d kill to have my ears freezing off. It’s so HOT where I live.

I can’t even fathom it being cool, being in the midwest United States. It’s hot as hell here, I can’t even remember cold, lol.

With the air conditioning here it feels like winter…until you go outside.
I can’t imagine letting my cats in the house let along letting them sleep in my bedroom. They’re all boys so they’re…super destructive.

Where do you live? I’m flying over there right now! It’s about 90 degrees over here in the tri-state area! I hate it.
I have a dog named Sadie who is a complete ham! If you share a bed with her, she takes up the whole thing even though she is a small dog.

Your cat sounds so adorable! When our cat is hungry, she meows like crazy and if food is left outside, she’ll claw into it and eat it, lol. I’m sorry to hear though that you don’t get much sleep when you let the cats in with you. I think cats are so adorable when they’re sleeping and curled up, especially next to me. =) Perhaps next time instead of letting them sleep with you out of guilt, you can just give them a treat.

When my cats were indoor they loved sleeping on our bed. They were usually pretty good. It always made me happy when I would wake up and they would be at the foot of the bed..
