I was offered a new role at work… now I’m the development team “leader”. Lol. I’m a leader! Why does that amuse me?
I think that the idea of creating team leaders for the production team is a good idea. My (our) manager is totally overwhelmed these days with projects and problems and he doesn’t have time to oversee the things that people need and digest the way that people are feeling about work. By spreading the load to people who are closer to the team, we can make the whole work environment better.
So there are three team leaders in all – one for dev (which is me), one for the visual team and another for the quality team. Wish us all luck!
