I bought the paper for the wedding invitations yesterday. I’m so excited. I have my colour schemes finally worked out so now all I need to do is go out and buy all the tools I will need – including a new blade and… glue. Lol. I can’t believe I don’t have any decent glue in the house.

But my colour scheme is white, pink and gold. I was thinking of doing two variations of the invitation to send out… we’ll see how it goes.

When I work on things like this, I remember how much fun it used to be in school, making things just for the hell of it. I used to make all my Christmas and Birthday cards and it was so much fun. Now I don’t even have time to buy the Christmas and Birthday presents, let alone make the cards.

Oh! Speaking of Birthday cards, it was Vincent’s birthday yesterday! Kind of sucks having your birthday on a Monday – you have to still get up and go to work, AND you have “monday-itis” to contend with.

I took him to breakfast and to lunch. Since it was a “special” day, we felt obliged to splurge on “special” food. And no, special food is not expensive food, it’s food that we love but don’t normally eat because it’s soooo unhealthy. Hehe, KFC is one of Vincent’s most favouritist of foods.
