Obsessing over my reflection

I have really got to buy a full length mirror for home. That way, I won’t look so vain when I get into the city, as I busily check out what my entire outfit looks like in the mirrors along the wall in the shopping centre I walk through. Lol. I can’t believe I have survived one year without a full length mirror…
This is more the case for me during the winter (which is what it is now) than during summer, because in the winter there is more to… coordinate =) Not that summer doesn’t concern me, but I always found it harder to decide on the clothes to wear in the winter.
And the weather is miserable right now – at least if I accidentally pick clothes that don’t match I can cover them up with a coat. Lol.
But it’s raining, cold, windy… The kitties are upset because they’re cold too. I have the heater set to turn on at 5 in the morning for them, as that is when the apartment really starts to chill. They like it =) When I get up in the mornings now they’re running around – they used to be huddled up and miserable. Poor babies. I love how cats love the heat. They’re so cute around heaters.
Anyway, it’s a short week this week, but regardless, thank the gods it’s Friday. I’ve had late nights every night this week (but all non-work related) and I’m ready to sit back and relax and look like a bum =)

I’m not a very good at being a girl – I don’t like mirrors. :l odd, right? anywho! I love the winter – only cuz I love long sleeves & jackets! oh, and jeans. whenever I wear jeans during the summer, people look at me like I’m weird. – rolls eyes – your kitties sounds cute :) my cats just go into a little ball :/ humpth.

God it’s winter where you live now, I wish it was cold here, it’s been so freaking hot the last couple of days.
I dress better in the winter too, in the summer, I always have to match, if I don’t people look at me weird.

I have never had a full length mirror. My mum says she’d only get me a new one when we move into our new house =/ Imagine the things I have to do to in my room to have a good look at myself. HAHA.
The weather in my country has been pretty bad too. It has been raining almost everyday. It sucks

Sorry this hadn’t come earlier, but I’ve been rather busy with school :’(
It’s summer over here, so it’s perfectly warm, too bad for the kittens though, poor little things.

Oh yeah it’s winter there isn’t it? I don’t have a full length mirror either, the way I think of it I get exercise when I have to jump up and down to see my entire outfit :P Kitties are the cutest things ever, I’ve found that they’re especially good at lazying about, and even with the odd angles that they stretch it looks totally comfortable. (How a kitty on a hard floor can pull that off I don’t know, I’d be a kitty with back problems had I tried the same.) I’m going to be a lazy bum as well :D is too lazy to do a happy dance

long mirrors are the way to go. I know exactly what you mean. I have mirrored wardrobe doors and I love them. it’s very important to be able to see yourself from head to toe. it’s fairly cold here too. i’m looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow, just being nice and warm under the gazillion covers I always use in winter :)

lol, I dont think i’ve ever had a full length mirror my entrie life. I know a few family members that have them and I have to say that they are nice. You can get the ‘whole picture’. You have a great site here. I erally like the way everything is laid out.

hey! i just wanted to let you know that i moved my domain, and that i still have you linked. i can’t believe you survivored a whole yr without a full length mirror! lol. that is hard to do tho. i have one and is till look at myself in the mirrors when i walk around on the street just to make sure everyting’s ok, but i swear i’m not vain haha. i think summer it’s easier to get away with mismatching b/c everyone is usually in happier moods and summer is about color. anyhoo let me stop rambling. take care!
