Sick again!?? But sparkly clean!

Me so sleepy! I’m at home today, sick again… Well, I shouldn’t say again, I should say still. I can’t seem to shake this darned flu.
Anyway, today is my sisters birthday – I can’t believe she’s 27 now! Holy crap, how much does time fly? No wonder her in-laws are bugging her for grandkids. Hahaha.
Anyway, for her birthday Vincent and I took her (and her husband) out to see Transformers, and then shouted them dinner at a Thai restaurant near home.
Transformers was such a good movie. I was so surprised. I was kind of expecting myself to be disappointed (having hyped myself up for it), but I wasn’t at all. Even the story line wasn’t as shallow as I was expecting it to be. Yay! And I thought Bumblebee was cute. Haha.
And to top it all off, because we were so excited about the movie we watched it in Gold Class. There is nothing better than watching a movie and having a bowl of wedges come out 30 minutes into it =)
Even though I was doped up on Cold & Flu medication, I had a blast =)
But then on Sunday I was hammered and spent all day in bed.
Today I went to the doctors (just to get a doctors certificate for some time off work) and my Mum came over after. Holy crap that woman is a cleaning machine. She vacuumed the house, scrubbed the floors and cleaned the kitche. All in less than an hour. And she also managed to make me feel like a terrible house-keeper. Lol. I rang up my sister after and we both agree she is great at doing that (making you feel like a piss poor cleaner). Haha. She has this eagle eye for dirt. No matter how clean you think your place is, she can always find something.
What a mum =) Seriously though, I appreciated her help today. It sucks having to clean the place when you’re sick.

I’m sorry that you’ve got the flu. I hate to say, but I’m also glad that I’m not the only one who’s sick. lol I absolutely hate being sick during the summertime. Bleh. I hope you’ll feel better soon!
I’d really like to see “Transformers”, and I’m glad that you gave it a good review. I’ve heard that the acting wasn’t very good, and that the plot was somewhat lacking. I never listen to movie critics, and usually see the movie despite any negative comments. lol I grew up watching the “Transformers” cartoon, and wouldn’t miss seeing the movie. I mean, the action scenes alone should make it worth seeing. ^^

I remember when I use to live at home and I’d clean and it was never good enough for my mom. lol. She always found SOMETHING. I’d get soo mad and tell her to not ask to me to clean ISH then LMAO.

But, yeesh, you still have the flu? I remember you saying you were sick LAST time I commented here, and that wasn’t very recently. Hopefully you get better soon!

i hope you get well soon. gawd, the weather today sucks. I belive it is the cause of having several people infected with a sickness called “flu”. haha. :))
oh my gowd, transformers is really really a good movie. best movie ever! lolz. I didn’t really want to watch it. I only watched it for my byfriend’s sake since he was like drooling over the transformers toys. Take note: he is currently 18 years old. O_O hahaha. :))

Well I hope you are feeling better. I hate it when I get sick! I would probably hate it if my mom came over and started cleaning my house, cause I’m just weird about that kind of stuff..
I want to see transformers. It seems like it’s going to be awesome. I loved them when I was a kid, lol.

awe I’m sorry to hear you’re sick. :/ I’m sick as well, and I went to the doctors this week too. :P but even though you’re sick, it sounded like you guys had a blast! I really want to go see Transformers – not only does it look amazing, but Shia is a hawtieee. :D
